my mom and sister visit

My mom and sister came by two weeks ago and spent time cooking and hanging out with irene who has already gotten much larger and less mole-like than she was when kate's family was around.

we took advantage of the nice weather to dress irene up and take some more family photos.


irene had a good time, but she wasn't much of a host—she mostly slept the week away and didn't contribute much to the dinnertime conversations.
